What awaits you
SEASON
March – April · October – November
FITNESS LEVEL
Accessible – no trekking
GROUP SIZE
Everything in the 17-day journey, with two additional days woven in — one extra morning of ritual at Pashupatinath, one more day in Pokhara for a longer silent meditation retreat, and a final reflective day before departure.
For those who sense that 17 days may not be quite enough. For those who want to let Nepal fully complete its work. The extra time is not filler — it is space. And space, in this context, is everything.

FOUR SACRED PLACES
Where the journey unfolds

DESTINATION 1 OF 4
Kathmandu
Ancient and electric. Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Swayambhunath — each site a living document of devotion. You don’t visit Kathmandu. You witness it.
DESTINATION 2 OF 4
Pokhara
Nepal’s sanctuary. Lakeside mornings, the Annapurna range as your backdrop, yoga as the architecture of each day. Pokhara is where the breath returns.it.

DESTINATION 3 OF 4
Chitwan
The jungle teaches patience. Canoe on the river, walk through tall grasses, listen. Chitwan offers the stillness that modern life makes almost impossible.
DESTINATION 4 OF 4
Lumbini
The birthplace of the Buddha. Lumbini carries a silence that feels earned, as if the earth itself has been holding its breath for 2,500 years. You walk here slowly, without knowing why.

Day 1-2
FLIGHT TO NEPAL
Your journey begins. Leave behind the familiar and set your intention as you travel across the world toward the sacred land of Nepal.
Day 3
ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Welcome dinner with the group. Gentle orientation walk through Thamel. Your first evening in a city that never fully sleeps — incense in the air, bells in the distance.
Day 4
CHANDRAGIRI HILL & SWAYAMBHUNATH
Begin the day with morning yoga, then soar above the city on a cable car to Chandragiri Hill — where the entire Himalayan range and the Kathmandu valley unfold beneath you in breathtaking silence.
Day 5
BHAKTAPUR DURBAR SQUARE
Step into Bhaktapur, the City of Devotion, a UNESCO-protected medieval city frozen in time, then sit with monks for a private viewing and chanting ceremony over sacred Thanka paintings.
Day 6
PATAN DURBAR SQUARE · HEALING BOWL
Move through the living history of Patan Durbar Square, let the resonance of a healing bowl session settle into your body, and end the evening crafting momo together as a group.
Day 7
KATHMANDU → POKHARA
Leave the city behind and travel to Pokhara, Nepal's serene lakeside sanctuary nestled between green hills, where the pace of life slows and the soul begins to breathe.
Day 8
SARANGKOT SUNRISE
Rise before dawn to hike to Sarangkot and witness a sunrise that will stay with you for a lifetime, then spend the afternoon at the tranquil Tal Barahi Temple sitting peacefully on the lake.
Day 9
FREE DAY AT POKHARA
A free day entirely yours. Paddle on Phewa Lake, paraglide over the valley, wander the markets, or simply sit in stillness. Nepal meets you wherever you are.
Day 10
POKHARA → CHITWAN
Travel into the heart of Nepal's jungle, stopping at the mystical Gupteshwor Cave Temple before arriving at Chitwan where the wild, ancient world of nature awaits.
Day 11
JUNGLE ACTIVITIES
Glide through the jungle at dawn in an indigenous log boat, walk among wildlife, ride through the forest on elephant back, and close the evening with a mesmerizing Tharu cultural dance performed by the local village.
Day 12
CHITWAN → LUMBINI
Leave the jungle behind and travel to Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. Arrive, settle in, and let the stillness of this sacred ground begin to work on you quietly.
Day 13
BIRTHPLACE OF LORD BUDHHA
Walk the grounds where the Buddha took his first steps 2,500 years ago. Visit the sacred Maya Devi Temple, wander among the monasteries built by nations from across the world, and sit in a silence that feels unlike anywhere else on earth.
Day 14
LUMBINI → KATHMANDU
Journey back to Kathmandu carrying Lumbini's stillness with you. Rest, reflect, and prepare for the final sacred days ahead.
Day 15
PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE
Visit the ancient Pashupatinath temple and chant for soul peace with a Vedic Guru.
Day 16
ORPHANAGE VISIT
Open your heart at a local orphanage, receive a complimentary massage, and then dress in a traditional Nepali saree for an unforgettable farewell dinner celebration with your group.
Day 17
FREE DAY AT KATHMANDU
Your last morning yoga. Your last day in Nepal. Walk slowly, breathe deeply, and let every moment be a quiet goodbye to a place that has changed you.
